3 to 5 years of experience in UX Design, Product Design or User Experience.

Strong understanding of user-centred design and usability principles.

Experience designing digital products, websites or SaaS/platform products.

Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, user flows and problem-solving, not only visual/UI design.

Experience with user research, usability testing, wireframing and prototyping.

Strong understanding of how users interact with digital products.

Comfortable working closely with Product Managers and Developers.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience working with multiple products or clients, such as in a software house, digital agency or product environment, is an advantage.

Review and improve the user experience across our website, job portal and digital products.

Identify usability issues, user frustrations and unnecessary steps within existing user journeys.

Conduct user research, usability testing and user journey analysis to understand user behaviour.

Translate user needs and business requirements into practical UX solutions.

Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and UX recommendations.

Work closely with Product Managers and Developers to implement UX improvements.

Review existing features and designs to ensure they are intuitive, practical and easy to use.

Challenge designs that look good visually but may not provide a good user experience.

Analyse user feedback and product data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Ensure UX decisions consider real-world usage across different devices, platforms and user scenarios.

Establish and maintain UX standards and best practices across products.

Be hands-on in designing, testing and improving solutions rather than only providing direction.
