Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts cum HR Assistant to support our daily accounting, human resources, and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

• Prepare, issue, and maintain invoices and accounting documents.
• Perform data entry and maintain accounting records using MYOB.
• Handle cheque receipts and bank deposits, and assist with supplier payments.
• Assist with daily financial transactions and accounting operations.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including data entry.
• Prepare tax invoices, purchase orders (PO), and delivery orders (DO) as required.

Human Resources & Administration

• Process work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Assist with payroll processing and CPF contributions.
• Assist with the preparation and submission of IR8A and IR21 tax forms, where applicable.
• Support recruitment activities and other HR-related functions.
• Perform general office administration and maintain proper documentation.
• Undertake other accounting, HR, and administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job Requirements

• Candidates with relevant accounting, HR, and administrative experience are preferred.
• Experience with MYOB accounting software will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of payroll, CPF, IR8A, IR21, and work pass procedures is preferred.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and a responsible working attitude.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Employment Details

• 5-day work week.
• Monthly salary: S$2,800 – S$3,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
