Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Maintenance Assistant to assist with daily maintenance administrative tasks, organise documents, coordinate schedules, and support the maintenance team in ensuring smooth operations.

Requirements

1. Minimum 1 year of working experience, preferably in maintenance or a related field.

2. Must possess a valid driving licence.

3. Willing to work overtime when required.

4. Willing to travel or work outstation when required.

5. Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently or as part of a team.

1. Assist with daily maintenance administrative tasks.

2. Prepare and organise maintenance documents and records.

3. Monitor maintenance requests and work schedules.

4. Coordinate with maintenance staff, contractors, and suppliers.

5. Follow up on maintenance work progress.

6. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

7. Travel to different work locations when required.

8. Perform any other duties or tasks assigned by the supervisor.
