Responsibilities
Job scope:
Provide courteous and efficient services to the customers
Attend and respond to customers' needs promptly and professionally
Respond to customer complaints and inquiries
Provide positive customer service in all areas,
Manage and take all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied customers into return customers
Meet and greet customers at all time
Advise and promote to customers
Assist in smooth operation at all time
Adhere to operation's standard operating procedures
Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, approachable and customer-oriented personality.
Able to handle customer enquiries and complaints patiently and professionally.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Training will be provided for candidates without experience.
