Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5–8 years in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in production planning software and MS Office.
• Good understanding of safety standards and quality control systems.
• Other: Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage production schedules to meet customer requirements and company goals.
• Monitor production processes and adjust workflows to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Supervise and lead production teams, providing training and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with other departments (Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Supply Chain) to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Analyze production data and prepare reports for management on productivity, costs, and KPIs.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S) to enhance productivity.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate material supply for uninterrupted production.
• Handle staffing requirements, including recruitment, scheduling, and disciplinary actions.
