Job Descriptions:

• To assist QA manager in dev implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations, FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, Halal and KOSHER standards.
• Monitor production to ensure compliance with SOPs, hygiene standards and product specifications.
• Monitor critical control points (CCP) and ensure food safety requirements are followed.
• Investigate non-conformities and customers complaints, perform root cause analysis, and implement appropriate correction actions and preventive actions.
• Inter-department coordination and responsible related to customers and supplier's product information, specification, quality control and new product.
• To participate in internal & external audits and customers visits.
• Perform any other responsibility as assigned by superior and the management.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Food Science or Food Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 -3 years of working experience in food safety, regulatory and R&D related to food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of FSSC 22000, HACCP, Halal and GMP is an added advantage.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin speaking vendors & clients & documents
• Able to work in minimum supervision and self-motivated
• Candidate MUST willing to work in Kampung Baru Sungai Buloh.

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
