Position : Senior Trade Marketing Executive

Location : Subang Jaya, Selangor

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop category trade strategies to achieve defined business goals.
• Drive NPD with channel strategy in collaborates with marketing developing launch deck, category selling story, 360 trade plan, product listing information, samples and exclusive activation.
• Leading efforts to leverage Brand Positioning and solidify the company's market position through our customers and their retail floors.
• Owning the development, execution, and performance of all programs designed to increase presence and shopper engagement, in deliver sell out.
• Improve processes from planning to execution for Marketing plans/activation to trade plan.
• Drive promotion effectiveness with ROl evaluation for customized plan/activation.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent
• Strong consumer service, interpersonal and communication skills
• Skills in brand and shopper marketing, understand customer need and shopper journey
• Passion for results, creative solution, innovation with a thirst for fresh knowledge and experience
• Good organizational skills and attention to details in a rapidly evolving environment and development
• Strong in execution and follow up of campaigns to achieve desired results and work to tight deadlines.

Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years of trade marketing or category management experience
• Experience in Nielsen Advisor/ Retail Shelf Planner will be an advantage
• Experience in sales and marketing will be an advantage.
