Requirements

  • Good in Microsoft Office / WPS / Google Workspace

  • Have own transportation

  • 3 languages (Mandarin, English, Malay), Would add advantage

  • Fresh Graduate are welcome

Responsibilities

  • Must be very creative.

  • Develop, Plan and Execute events

  • Able to work independently

  • Assist and oversee logistics including transportation and etc

  • Source and liaise with vendors / suppliers

  • Research and ensure cost efficiency

  • On board event management, ensure events run smoothly and talent management
