Location: Georgetown, Penang / Bayan Lepas
Languages: Mandarin
Working Hour: Night Shift (5Days work, 2 days OFF)
Salary: 4500RM (All in packages)
Hiring Periods: July - August

What You’ll Do:
- Handle reservation-related inquiries (pre & post) via phone and email
- Assist Social Media account inquiries
What You Bring:
- Excellent communication in Mandarin and English
- Knowing Cantonese is a plus
- Strong problem-solving & commercial thinking
- Experience in customer care or social media assistant
- Able to work in permanent night shift (Extra allowance will be given)
