Responsibilities
Working hour
Mondays to Thursdays: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Fridays: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Key Roles
Reception: greet and assist walk-in visitors, students, and parents; handle general enquiries and direct to appropriate personnel
Phone handling: answer and manage calls promptly; take and relay messages, transfer calls, respond to basic enquiries
First Aid: provide first aid and health support to unwell/injured students; maintain sickbay records and medical supply records; notify parents/guardians and arrange student pick-up
Administrative support: filing, data entry, photocopying, registering delivered items, mail distribution; record late-coming, early releases, and sickbay cases
Any other ad-hoc admin support required by the school
Requirements
Minimum GCE N Level
Preferably able to use Microsoft Office and Google collaborative tools
Preferably 3 years' relevant working experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
