Key Responsibilities 

• Produce monthly QA/QC status reports.
• Manage companywide nonconformities and claims. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, QC, Engineering, Production) to gather and validate documentation inputs. 
• Ensure all documents comply with internal policies and external regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001). 
• Support internal and external audits by preparing and organizing required documentation. 
• Assist in development, review, and maintain quality documentation including SOPs, work instructions, inspection protocols, and quality manuals. 
• Assist in maintenance document control systems, ensuring version control and proper archival of obsolete documents. 
• Analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement. Measure the impact of improvements and adjust strategies. 

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a quality assurance within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in quality auditing, quality assurance, or similar roles within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS), including ISO 9001.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and present findings to various levels of management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality training solutions tailored to the needs of machinery manufacturing.
• Familiarity with machining processes, CNC technologies, and machine tool operations is highly advantageous.
