Position : ASSET MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
Location: KL Sentral, Malaysia
Type: Full-Time | Mid-Level

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Asset Management Specialist to manage end-to-end IT asset lifecycle and support global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Cisco hardware/software asset lifecycle
• Maintain asset inventory & perform regular audits
• Manage licenses, contracts & warranty entitlements
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance & IT teams
• Prepare asset reports and support process improvements
Requirements:
• 3–5 years’ experience in IT Asset Management / Cisco Operations
• Hands-on knowledge of Cisco CCW, Smart Licensing & Cisco products
• Experience with ServiceNow, Remedy or similar ITSM tools
• Strong Excel/reporting & analytical skills
• Business-level Korean + Professional English required
