Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Responsible for investigation & report of building defects, prepare quotation and other building works.
Prepare specifications and tender documents for all operations contracts and technical works
Carry out investigation outside office hour when required.
Coordinate with occupiers and Government Authority, etc for investigation.
Requirements
Diploma or above in Building Studies, Building Surveying or equivalent.
Good interpersonal skills, self-activity and able to work independently.
Minimum 5 years construction and building maintenance experience.
Self-motivated and able to work under stress.
Good communication skills with clients and other relevant parties.
