Job Description
- Manage and create content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other digital platforms
- Plan and develop social media content and digital marketing campaigns
- Research trending content, topics, hashtags and digital marketing trends
- Develop creative ideas to increase brand awareness, engagement and reach
- Create and edit short-form videos, social media posts and promotional materials
- Assist with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and other paid advertising campaigns
- Monitor and analyse social media and campaign performance
- Track key metrics such as views, engagement, reach, clicks and leads
- Conduct audience, competitor and market research
- Support lead generation and online promotional campaigns
- Test different content and campaign ideas and use performance data to improve results
- Assist with website, landing page and other digital marketing activities when required
- Support marketing activities for training programmes, events and campaigns
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree student in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Advertising, Business or related field
- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Canva
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software
- Creative and able to generate content ideas
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Able to work independently and manage assigned tasks
- Willing to learn and take initiative
- Basic understanding of digital marketing is an advantage
