ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and organized Accounts Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, monitoring financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting Management in ensuring proper financial controls across our clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting and finance operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records, invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other financial documents.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments, including panel, corporate, and third-party administrator (TPA) claims.
- Reconcile daily collections, bank transactions and clinic revenue across branches.
- Monitor and verify clinic income, expenses and cash collections to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and cash flow reports.
- Verify supplier invoices, staff claims and payment requests before processing.
- Ensure proper documentation and approval for all financial transactions.
- Assist with payroll-related accounting matters, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and other statutory payments where required.
- Assist with audit, tax and other statutory requirements.
- Conduct regular checking and auditing of branch financial records to identify discrepancies or irregularities.
- Provide financial and accounting support to Management and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in handling full sets of accounts will be an added advantage.
- Experience in healthcare, clinic or service-based businesses will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
- Responsible, organized, proactive and trustworthy when handling financial information.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
