The Role

We’re hiring a hands-on MarTech Engineer to build and run the technology that connects our marketing platforms, mobile app, customer data and analytics. This is a technical engineering role, not a campaign management position.

You’ll work across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data and Compliance, turning business needs into reliable, secure and scalable technical solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Implement, integrate and maintain our marketing technology stack.
• Build and maintain customer event tracking across our digital platforms.
• Set up automated, event-driven customer engagement journeys.
• Support marketing analytics, attribution and performance reporting.
• Make sure customer data is handled securely, with privacy in mind and in line with regulatory requirements.
• Act as the technical bridge between marketing and engineering teams.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years in marketing technology engineering, marketing automation, systems integration or growth engineering.
• Hands-on experience implementing a customer engagement platform (e.g. CleverTap, Braze, MoEngage, Iterable or Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• A strong grasp of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON and mobile SDK integration.
• Experience with Firebase, GA4 or comparable analytics platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• A sound understanding of data security and customer privacy principles.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

• Python, JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Mobile attribution platforms (e.g. AppsFlyer, Adjust).
• Cloud data infrastructure, ETL/ELT or BI tools.
• Experience in fintech or other regulated financial services.
