Job Summary

Responsible for coordinating performing artistes and managing performance-related activities to ensure smooth execution of entertainment programmes. Coordinate performance schedules, liaise with artistes and management, maintain performance standards, and support daily entertainment operations to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and arrange performance schedules for artistes according to business and operational requirements.

• Liaise with performing artistes and management to communicate performance arrangements, requirements, and schedules.

• Coordinate artiste preparation and ensure performers are ready for scheduled performances.

• Supervise and coordinate performance activities to ensure smooth execution of entertainment programmes.

• Monitor artiste attendance, punctuality, and performance standards.

• Assist in resolving performance-related issues and making necessary adjustments to schedules.

• Coordinate with service staff and management to ensure performances run smoothly without disrupting daily operations.

• Maintain good working relationships with artistes and encourage teamwork and professional conduct.

• Monitor customer feedback on entertainment programmes and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience.

• Ensure performing activities comply with company policies, venue requirements, and applicable regulations.
