Shuru is looking for a Solution Architect to design scalable, secure technology solutions and guide engineering teams through delivery. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical technical designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solutions covering applications, APIs, databases, integrations, and cloud infrastructure.
• Define technology choices and architecture, balancing performance, security, cost, and scalability.
• Create architecture documentation and guide implementation through technical discussions and code reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage requirements, technical risks, dependencies, and delivery expectations.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in software engineering, solution architecture, and technical leadership.
• Expertise in system design, distributed systems, API development, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong programming skills in a backend language such as Java, Python, C#, Go, or TypeScript.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, containers, application security, and monitoring.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $6,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
