Roles & Responsibilities

• l Manage existing customer accounts and maintain strong business relationships.
• l Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• l Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and other commercial documents.
• l Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, quotations, and sales leads.
• l Coordinate with internal departments, including Production, Engineering, Planning, and Finance, to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• l Monitor customer requirements, delivery schedules, and order status to ensure customer satisfaction.
• l Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
• l Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and account documentation.
• l Handle customer feedback and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly.
• l Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.

Minimum Requirements (Education & Work Experience)

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Preferably 2–3 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or a related role.
• Experience in manufacturing, metal fabrication, sheet metal, or engineering-related industries will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and results-driven, with the ability to build and maintain business relationships.
• Good coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage if required for customer communication.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
