Clinic Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up lines and perform blood taking as required.
• Manage stock levels, expiry dates, and storage conditions.
• Screen prescriptions and enter medication orders accurately.
• Train new staff and work closely with the clinical team.
• Handle cashiering duties and daily cash flow.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and inventory reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Pharmacy or certification from the Ministry of Health.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency is beneficial for this role due to business communication needs.
• Knowledge of drug names and pharmacy calculations.
• Computer literate and detail-oriented.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
