JOB SCOPE:

We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our growing team!

Work Locations: (SEEDS HOTEL / SMILE HOTEL)

Job Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out.

Handle reservations, enquiries and phone calls professionally.

Process payments and maintain accurate records.

Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Provide excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements

Malaysian citizen.

Minimum SPM qualification.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Experience in hotel front office/customer service is an added advantage.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
