Inter Island Group Hiring! Full Time Warehouse Logistics Supervisor in Johor - Ricebowl

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate daily warehouse activities, manage work assignments, and support the team in meeting operational targets.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, labelling, sorting, and dispatching goods.
• Assign tasks and distribute manpower according to daily operational needs.
• Monitor work progress to ensure productivity and quality standards are maintained.
• Supervise and guide warehouse team members in their daily duties.
• Ensure goods are handled, transported, and stored properly.
• Maintain an organized and safe warehouse environment.
• Prepare daily operational reports for the warehouse manager.
• Communicate with internal departments and external customers through email and other work-related channels.
• Assist with employee training and resolve operational issues when required.
• Ensure the team has the necessary tools and resources to complete assigned tasks.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma qualification.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations or the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Experience coordinating warehouse activities and supervising team members.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Document Management Systems (DMS) is an advantage.
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
