KPJ Healthcare Hiring! Full Time CARDIOVASCULAR TECHNOLOGIST, CATH LAB-2 in Johor - Ricebowl

To provide patient care as a technical skilled member of the Cardiac-Vascular Theatre team.

1. Responsible for Cardiac Technician job in Cardiothoracic Services such as vigilance on

controlling the haemodynamic monitoring of angiogram machine.

2. Competent to operate and handling Echo machine / procedure.

3. To establish safe on Treadmill machine / procedure, Holter monitoring device, Arterial Blood

Pressure Monitoring (ABPM), Electro Cardio Gram (ECG) and other special cardiac equipment.

4. Vigilant to handle Intra Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP), Ventilator, Blood Gases Machine (ABG),

Activated Coagulant Timer (ACT), External Pulse Generator (Temporary Pacemaker),

Defibrillator and others equipment that related to Cath Lab Services.

5. Responsible to ensure all equipment used in Cath Lab is maintained in a good condition

especially emergency life saving equipment.

6. Responsible to provide at a par level storage of disposable item used in Cath Lab Services.

7. Competent and confident in trouble shooting for malfunction equipment such as Intra aortic

balloon pump, ventilator, setting up on monitor, blood gases machine, activated coagulant

timer, pulse generator, anaesthetic machine or related to Cardio Vascular product.

8. Responsible to record and document all the episodes of invasive procedure as a legal

requirement.

9. Responsible to ensure all patients undergoing cardiac invasive procedure are continuously

monitored both by arterial/ non invasive blood pressure.

10. Responsible to take care Cath Lab Services in a good manner and to ensure the management

of patient are well taken care of at all times.

11. Any others duties as instructed by the management.
