Role Description:

The Project Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore, responsible for coordinating end-to-end hospitality and accommodation arrangements for MICE events.

This role involves

• Managing project timelines
• Liaising with hotels and vendors
• Negotiating with the hotels
• Ensuring accurate rooming lists, contracts, and booking details.

The Project Executive will communicate closely with event organizers and participants, respond to enquiries, and provide customer support before, during, and after events.

Daily tasks include updating internal systems, preparing reports, monitoring reservations, and resolving operational issues to ensure smooth event execution. The role also requires collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and maintain high service standards.
