Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering.

Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Proficiency in 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks and Autodesk Inventor.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and engineering skills.

• Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Good communication, teamwork, and project coordination skills.

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Design and develop new products, as well as improve existing products, to meet customer and market requirements.

Perform engineering calculations and prepare technical drawings, sketches, prototypes, product specifications, and Bills of Materials (BOM).

Lead and manage R&D projects, ensuring timely completion and achievement of project objectives.

Develop and coordinate project plans with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and Marketing teams to support product development and production.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently and meet business objectives.

Customize and enhance existing product designs and features based on customer requirements.

Provide technical support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders as required.

Support product testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
