Role Description This full-time Project Manager / Coordinator role is a hybrid position based in Singapore, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home arrangements. The role involves coordinating and tracking project timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple interior and architectural projects. Daily tasks include liaising with designers, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth communication, alignment of expectations, and timely resolution of issues. The Project Manager / Coordinator will manage schedules, oversee procurement and expediting of materials, support inspections and site progress reviews, and prepare project documentation and status reports. The role also includes monitoring budgets, identifying risks, recommending corrective actions, and contributing to continuous improvement of project workflows and client service.

Qualifications

• Project management skills, including Project Management and coordination capabilities, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and oversee multiple concurrent projects.
• Expediting-related skills, such as Expeditor and Expediting experience, to manage procurement, track orders, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Inspection and quality control skills, including Inspection experience, to support site checks, verify workmanship, and ensure compliance with design and safety requirements.
• Logistics Management skills to coordinate deliveries, site access, and resource allocation, ensuring efficient project execution.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail and proficiency in project scheduling and reporting tools (e.g., MS Office, project management software).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and clients in a clear and professional manner.
• Relevant experience in architecture, interior design, construction, or related fields; prior experience in consultancy or design-driven environments is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in project management, architecture, interior design, construction management, engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively in a hybrid work setting, and adapt to evolving project needs and timelines.
