Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage overall electrical project execution, including planning, design coordination, construction, contract compliance, budget, quality, and safety.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor site operations, manpower deployment, subcontractor performance, and work progress.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, costs, and budget performance to ensure timely completion within the approved budget.
- Coordinate with Quantity Surveyors on progress claims, cost monitoring, and claims certification with clients and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular project coordination meetings, subcontractor meetings, and site safety meetings.
- Oversee technical matters and ensure all electrical works comply with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and relevant standards.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and project quality and safety plans.
- Manage project documentation in accordance with company procedures and applicable ISO standards.
- Assist in tender submissions, including the preparation and review of technical proposals.
- Report project progress, technical issues, costs, and site matters directly to the Project Director.
