Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001,IATF16949).

Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis techniques.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, root cause analysis).

Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.

Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.

Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.

Manage and maintain quality documentation, including inspection records and reports.

Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes.
