Job Scope:
You will provide administrative and operational support for stakeholder engagement and outreachactivities. You will be responsible for the following:

• Support outreach and engagement activities with external stakeholders through emails and phone calls.
• Follow up with stakeholders on required information and submissions.
• Attend to general enquiries from external stakeholders and members of the public.
• Assist with the processing, verification and organisation of information and records received.
• Maintain and update records, trackers and databases to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Assist in the collation and consolidation of data and information for reporting and monitoring purposes.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the team as required

Requirements:

• At least a degree certificate
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Comfortable engaging external stakeholders through phone calls and emails.
• Meticulous and able to maintain accurate records and data.
• Able to work independently and follow established procedures and guidelines.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.

Working Hours: Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6pm, Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Contract Period: 3 months (with the option to extend for another 3 months)

Salary: $22-$28/hr (depending on qualifications and experience)
