Job Description

1. Plan, review and release production orders to the shop floor.

2. Understand customers’ specifications and order requirements.

3. Monitor WIP to ensure that orders are completed on time.

4. Co-ordinate and work closely with production, quality and purchasing teams to ensure a smooth operation.

5. Take part in resolving production and procurement issues to minimize disruptions.

6. Inform the relevant departments on changes to products or schedules received from Sales or customers.

7. Regularly and pro-actively provide progress reports to Customers especially of any potential delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. Oversee the store operation.

9. Prepare packing materials used in the warehouse for shipments.

Requirements

1. 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a Production Planner.

2. Proficiency in MS office applications.

3. ERP knowledge an advantage.

4. Able to communicate well with various departments & all levels of management.

5. A Team leader.

• 5-day work week.
• Company bus provided to designated pick-up/drop-off points in Jurong area.
