Greet customers warmly and assist them with seating and menu inquiries

Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the system

Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally

Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set at all times

Handle customer requests, feedback, and complaints in a courteous manner

Process payments and operate the POS system (if assigned as cashier)

Maintain cleanliness of dining area, service stations, and equipment

Follow hygiene, food safety, and company SOP standards

Assist in opening and closing duties

Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

Prepare and cook Kopitiam-style food (eg, nasi lemak, fried noodles, toast, eggs, etc.) according to standard recipes

Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards

Assist in food preparation (cutting, marinating, portioning ingredients)

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, utensils, and equipment

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

Monitor stock levels and inform supervisor for replenishment

Support receiving and storage of raw materials

Ensure proper portion control to minimize wastage

Work efficiently during peak hours to ensure timely food service

Assist in dishwashing and general kitchen cleaning when required
