Job Description

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable vehicles.
• Guide customers throughout the sales process, including product presentations, vehicle comparisons, and upselling opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive products, vehicle models, promotions, and market trends.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives in accordance with company procedures.
• Ensure sold vehicles are properly prepared for delivery, including cleanliness, fuel level, and overall functionality.
• Assist with used vehicle inspections, financing documentation, and other sales-related paperwork.
• Conduct vehicle handovers by explaining key features, warranty coverage, and relevant vehicle information to customers.
• Follow up with customers regularly to maintain good relationships and explore potential sales opportunities.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other activities to improve product knowledge and sales performance.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build good relationships with customers.
• Proven sales experience, preferably with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Good negotiation, persuasion, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin or Cantonese is an added advantage.
• Able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles, including motorcycles.
• Good knowledge of vehicle brands, models, features, and basic automotive components.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with good attention to detail.
• Possess a valid Class B2 and Class D driving licence.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in automotive sales are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to be based at Quayside Mall Showroom, Shah Alam.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
