Requirements
Good command of Mandarin, both spoken and written, as the role requires communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and business associates.
Good command of English; Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
Possess own vehicle and valid driving licence.
Willing to travel / accompany the Director for meetings, appointments, site visits and business activities when required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and business partners.
Presentable, responsible, mature and able to maintain confidentiality.
Highly organized with good time management and follow-up skills.
Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced F&B / business environment.
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Secretary, Management Assistant or similar role will be an advantage.

Working Arrangement: Hybrid (Office + WFH)
We are looking for a Personal Assistant to Directorto work closely with our Director in supporting daily business activities, coordination and personal assistance. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who isorganized, proactive, presentable and comfortable working closely with senior management.
The successful candidate will occasionally accompany the Director to meetings, business appointments, client engagements and other work-related activities, while providing administrative and coordination support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal and executive assistance to the Director in daily business and administrative matters.
Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings and schedules.
Accompany the Director to client meetings, business appointments, site visits and company-related activities when required.
Assist with meeting arrangements, documentation, follow-ups and business coordination.
Communicate and coordinate with clients, business partners, suppliers, outlets and internal teams.
Handle correspondence, messages, documents and other administrative matters on behalf of the Director.
Assist the Director in following up on business matters and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
Support the Director in preparing reports, presentations, meeting notes and other business documents.
Perform ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required by the Director.
