Role Objective:
The Branding Executive will be the operational backbone for the organization's branding function, with project management taking priority over hands-on creative execution.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts across different project deliverables, sensitive timelines, and stakeholder coordination.
Role Outcome:
- All branding touchpoints are executed on time, within scope, and consistent with brand essence
- Agency relationships are managed smoothly and proactively, ensuring timelines are respected, deliverables are reviewed and tracked, and issues are flagged and resolved before they escalate
- Branding touchpoint metrics are consistently tracked, consolidated, and reported in a way that informs future decision-making
Responsibilities:
- Branding Touchpoint Execution
- Coordinate the rollout of branding assets across all relevant channels
- Ensure brand consistency across every touchpoint before it goes live
- Maintain and update a master tracker of all active branding projects
- Act as the point person to catch gaps, delays, or inconsistencies before they escalate
- Agency & Vendor Management
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for external branding/creative agencies
- Schedule check-in meetings with agencies, document action items, and follow up on deliverables
- Manage timelines and flag risks to deadlines or budget proactively
- Maintain organized records of contracts, scopes of work, and deliverable approvals
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Compile regular reports summarizing progress, performance, and issues across all branding touchpoints and initiatives
- Work with agencies and internal teams to pull performance data and ensure reporting is accurate and timely
- Flag underperforming initiatives or agency deliverables and support root-cause discussions
