• Design and develop scalable learning solutions that strengthen sales capabilities and improve business performance.
• Lead cross-functional enablement initiatives, aligning stakeholders to deliver successful business outcomes.
• Leverage data, feedback, and insights to continuously optimize learning experiences, seller adoption, and program effectiveness.
