Seasky Advisory Hiring! Full Time Finance executive in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 3,000 - Ricebowl

Seasky Advisory is a newly established and growing accounting and business advisory firm providing accounting, finance and advisory services to SMEs.

We are looking for an Finance Executive to join our team. This role is suitable for someone who wants more than routine bookkeeping — you will have the opportunity to work directly with business owners, understand how businesses operate and develop practical accounting and advisory skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping for multiple SME clients
• Prepare full sets of accounts and monthly management accounts
• Perform accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliations
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepayments and other accounting adjustments
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing
• Prepare accounting schedules and supporting documents for audit and tax purposes
• Handle e-Invoice and other accounting-related compliance matters
• Liaise directly with clients to obtain accounting documents and clarify accounting and financial information
• Monitor outstanding items and proactively follow up with clients
• Assist clients with accounting system setup, implementation and accounting-related matters
• Identify accounting issues and assist in resolving them
• Provide basic financial and business advisory support to clients
• Maintain accurate, complete and properly organised accounting records
• Support the team in improving accounting processes and internal controls
• Perform other accounting, finance and advisory assignments as required

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred
• Fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply
• Experience handling full sets of accounts is an advantage
• Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Malaysian accounting, tax and e-Invoice is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, organised and responsible
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Willing to learn and take ownership of assigned work
• Positive attitude and comfortable working in a growing environment

More Than Just Bookkeeping

This is not a pure data-entry or routine bookkeeping role.

At Seasky Advisory, you will have the opportunity to work closely with business owners and different types of SME businesses. You will learn not only how to record transactions, but also how to understand financial information, identify issues, solve accounting problems and support business decisions.

You will be given guidance and training while gradually taking on more responsibility as you develop.
