Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for client calls and emails, delivering prompt and professional customer support
Prepare and process sales documentation—including quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and delivery orders—accurately and efficiently
Support the Sales Team with key administrative tasks such as reviewing visuals, floor plans, and preparing installation reports
Coordinate end-to-end order processing and work closely with logistics to ensure timely delivery and installation
Handle ad-hoc assignments and special projects to support smooth business operations.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE “N” / “O” Levels or equivalent qualification
1–2 years of administrative or operational experience preferred
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with both colleagues and clients
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
