Job Responsibilities

• Prepare import and export shipping documents.
• Handle Customs declarations and LMW-related documentation.
• Arrange shipment schedules with freight forwarders and transporters.
• Arrange outgoing shipments to customers.
• Ensure invoices, packing lists and delivery orders are accurate.
• Follow up on Customs clearance and delivery status.
• Maintain import/export records for LMW reporting and Customs audits.
• Monitor raw materials, finished goods and scrap metal records.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, Purchasing and Sales departments.
• Ensure shipping activities comply with Customs regulations and LMW licence requirements.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in shipping, logistics or import/export operations is preferred.
• Experience in LMW procedures and Customs documentation is an advantage.
• Familiar with import/export documents and Customs declarations.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication, coordination and documentation skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and well-organised.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
