The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and analytical professional with strong Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to consolidate, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources. They will support transportation sourcing operations through freight rate management, fuel surcharge calculations, emissions reporting, KPI tracking, and business intelligence activities. The successful candidate will communicate insights effectively to global stakeholders and contribute to improving business processes and reporting accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and communicate monthly transportation fuel surcharges and prepare quarterly emissions reports.
• Prepare, upload, and validate freight rates in the designated system.
• Extract, consolidate, analyze, and distribute data from multiple sources.
• Compile and publish KPIs, spending reports, and benchmarking data.
• Support the development, documentation, and maintenance of transportation sourcing processes.
• Analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with sourcing managers and stakeholders across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced data analysis and combining data from multiple sources.
• Ability to independently query multiple data sources for business intelligence and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate findings clearly to global stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in supply chain management or a related industry is preferred.
• Experience in logistics sourcing or the transportation industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
