Requirements
- Good command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken. Mandarin-speaking candidates who are able to serve Mandarin-speaking customers are preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction projects.
- Candidates with Data Center project experience will be highly preferred.
- Experience in commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale building projects will also be considered.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, and contract management.
- Familiarity with local authority requirements, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or other project management software.
Responsibilities
Manage the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of construction and data center projects.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety requirements, and project specifications.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management and stakeholders.
Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation measures.
Lead project meetings and maintain effective communication among all parties involved.
Review and approve project documentation, method statements, and work procedures.
Ensure quality control standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project variations, claims, and contract administration matters.
Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
