Surface mount technology SMT Manufacturing Equipment Engineer (Programmer) uses appropriate Software Tools and Customer program files to generate appropriate machine's programs and procedures for machine operation.Work with computers, Softwares, SMT machines, circuit boards for assigned Projects and duties.Assist in the assembly processes of SMT lines mass production operation.* Attending and participating in Project NPI, Qual, ECO, deviation meeting or discussion that called by teams* Download, copy, gather all the BOM, CAD, Gerber, drawing, diagram or others information for the projects either from customer or Sanmina and place it at programming central PC* Generate new SMT pick & place program based on the received/ downloaded BOM, CAD, Gerber files, assembly drawing, component datasheet, packaging sheets* Generate new configured line SMT pick and place program* Ensure SMT pick & place program correctly assigns part data, shape data, package data, placement rotation, incoming part direction.* Generate SMT pick & place program loading list, printer specification and documented intoAgileResponsible for generating SPI programs based on stencil final gerber and XY files, creating individual inspection groups by component type and stencil height, defining correct paste specification as per WI* Generate 42Q PTS line programs, assign
