Gain practical experience in construction cost management and quantity surveying by working alongside our project and commercial teams.

What You Will Learn

• Assist with quantity take-offs and measurement of construction works.
• Help prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) and cost estimation documents.
• Assist in reviewing subcontractor quotations and cost comparisons.
• Support the preparation of progress claims and variation order (VO) records.
• Maintain cost reports, measurement sheets and commercial documentation.
• Assist with material quantity tracking and project cost monitoring.
• Coordinate with site personnel and the commercial team on quantity and cost-related matters.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Required to complete an internship as part of the academic programme.
• Basic knowledge of construction measurement and costing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic office applications.
• Detail-oriented, organised and willing to learn.
• Interested in construction and data centre projects.

Pay: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per month
