• Strong technical proficiency relevant to the specific engineering discipline, with the ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical problems.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

• Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia is essential for clear and effective communication within a diverse team and client base.

• Ability to understand and interpret technical documentation & specifications.

• Proactive problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail in identifying and resolving technical challenges.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies within the engineering and technical consulting landscape.

• Familiarity with project management principles and the ability to manage tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.

Coding, code reviews, system architecture, CI/CD pipelines, API integration, debugging.

CAD modeling (SolidWorks/AutoCAD), prototyping, thermal/stress analysis, manufacturing support.
