Job Title: Microsoft 365 Technical Adoption Specialist

Duration: Contract

Location: KL

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance on Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 Apps.
• Assess licensing, migration, identity, access, and device readiness.
• Support adoption planning, user training, demos, FAQs, and rollout activities.
• Collaborate with Change Management teams, project managers, and client stakeholders.
• Monitor Microsoft 365 feature updates and recommend adoption improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on Microsoft product experience, with strong Microsoft 365 expertise.
• Experience supporting enterprise Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing, cloud collaboration, and migration dependencies.
• Mandatory: Relevant Microsoft 365 certification, such as MS-900, MS-700, or an equivalent certification.
• Experience in Microsoft 365 migrations, adoption programs, or change management is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
