Oversee the overall planning, management, and delivery of construction projects throughout the project lifecycle.

Establish project schedules, resource plans, budgets, and performance targets.

Monitor progress, costs, contractual obligations, and project risks to ensure successful delivery.

Coordinate with clients, design consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities to resolve project issues.

Review design drawings, technical specifications, and construction methods to improve buildability.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, quality standards, and workplace safety regulations.

Lead project coordination meetings and supervise project teams, engineers, and coordinators.

Manage project reporting, stakeholder communication, and performance reviews.

Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members to achieve project objectives.
