Job Scope:

• Manage the Director’s schedule, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
• Prepare correspondence, meeting minutes and follow up on assigned tasks.
• Assist with architectural designs, layouts, technical drawings and project proposals.
• Prepare and update drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp or other design software.
• Conduct site visits, take measurements and monitor work against approved drawings.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and suppliers on project requirements.
• Organise project documents, drawings and confidential information.
• Accompany the Director to meetings and site visits when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in architectural design or the construction field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
• Able to prepare architectural drawings, layouts and project presentations.
• Strong organisational, communication and time management skills.
• Able to manage the Director’s schedule and follow up on assigned tasks.
• Professional, discreet and able to handle confidential information.
• Possess a valid driving licence and be willing to travel for meetings and site visits.
