Fulum Management Limited Hiring! Full Time Restaurant Area Manager in Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned multiple restaurants, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures

• Monitor financial performance and budgeting of multiple restaurants, identifying cost-saving opportunities whilst maintaining service quality

• Manage and supervise team members of multiple restaurants, including recruitment, training, performance management and staff development

• Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures to ensure consistency and excellence across all locations

• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety and hospitality standards

• Develop and execute strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty

• Liaise with senior management to report on restaurants' performance and escalate issues requiring higher-level decision making

• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, partners and suppliers

• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and innovation

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in hospitality / F&B management, with at least 5-7 years in management role

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to motivate and develop staff

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Sound understanding of financial management, budgeting and cost control in a hospitality environment

• Knowledge of health, safety and hygiene standards relevant to the hospitality industry

• Strong communication skills in both English and Cantonese (Mandarin is preferred)

• Ability to work flexibly and respond effectively to the demands of a fast-paced environment

• Customer service excellence and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences

• Previous experience managing multiple locations or departments are advantage

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Area General Manager
