About Mummys Market
Mummys Market is one of Singapore's established parenting and family platforms, connecting brands with parents through exhibitions, events, digital channels and community engagement.
We're expanding into Home Market — a new consumer home and lifestyle vertical that takes our exhibition and digital platform model into a fresh category.
Most home and lifestyle brands market the same way. A nice product shot, a discount, and a hope. That's why most of them get scrolled past. Home Market is our attempt to do it differently, and we're hiring the marketer who'll make that happen.
Here's What Matters Most to Us
We're not looking for someone who can simply schedule posts or set up an ad account.
We're looking for someone who can walk into a showroom, notice what makes people stop and pick something up, and turn that into a campaign by Friday.
Someone who can look at a plain product listing and immediately see five angles worth testing.
Someone equally comfortable writing the hook and reading the CPL — because a good idea you can't measure is a guess, and a number without an idea is a spreadsheet.
Someone who gets a quiet thrill from a campaign that outperforms the one before it.
Why This Role Is Different
Home Market is new. There's no inherited playbook, no legacy campaign to maintain, and no one telling you "that's not how we do it here." The audience, the brand voice and the channel mix are yours to shape — with a real budget behind it. Not many marketing roles in Singapore come with a blank page.
You'll report directly to Director of Operations with no layer in between. A campaign you plan on Monday can be in market by the end of the week.
About the Role
You will take ownership of marketing campaigns across digital channels and exhibitions, from planning and briefing through execution, optimisation and reporting.
This role suits a marketer who combines strong execution skills with analytical thinking — comfortable managing paid advertising, developing content, coordinating cross-functional teams and using campaign data to make timely decisions. You'll also explore AI and automation to improve marketing efficiency and creative output.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Decide what Home Market talks about, and when — managing the campaign and content calendar across every channel we own.
- Develop campaign plans and customer journeys aligned with marketing objectives, audience needs and business targets.
- Write and refine copy for social media, websites, landing pages, email campaigns and promotional materials.
- Set the creative bar and hold agencies to it — briefing designers, video creators and internal stakeholders to deliver campaign assets to your standard.
- Own the marketing for live exhibitions, events and brand partnerships from teaser through to wrap-up report.
- Coordinate website and app updates with product and technology partners, ensuring accurate content, offers, forms and customer journeys.
Paid Advertising & Performance Optimisation
- Own the paid budget — your call on what scales, what gets cut, and what gets tested next — across platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance against targets, budgets and key performance indicators, including CPL, CPA, conversion rates and lead quality.
- Analyse audience, creative and landing-page performance to identify the causes of underperformance and opportunities for improvement.
- Make timely, data-driven adjustments to targeting, budgets, creatives and campaign settings within approved limits.
- Plan and evaluate campaign experiments, using results to improve advertising efficiency and conversion outcomes.
- Coordinate with agencies and technology partners to resolve tracking issues and improve campaign measurement.
CRM, Analytics & Lead Management
- Execute CRM and email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, testing, scheduling and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate lead-capture forms, UTM links, contact records and conversion tracking.
- Work with relevant teams to ensure leads are handed over effectively and follow-up outcomes are captured.
- Produce regular performance reports covering spend, CPL, CPA, lead quality, conversions and other relevant metrics.
- Reconcile campaign data, investigate discrepancies and translate findings into clear recommendations and action plans.
AI, Automation & Continuous Improvement
- Build the AI workflows the next hire inherits — accelerated research, copy variations, adapted creative assets and streamlined reporting.
- Identify repetitive marketing tasks that can be simplified or automated to improve productivity and turnaround time.
- Evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, relevance, originality and brand consistency.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, advertising tools and emerging technologies, recommending practical improvements to campaign workflows.
What You'll Own
- The playbook. Home Market has no inherited marketing plan — you'll define the positioning, the audience strategy and the channel mix for a vertical starting fresh.
- The campaign calendar. You decide what runs, in what order, and what comes off the plan — within agreed budget limits.
- The paid budget. You manage spend across channels and set the pace at which it's deployed, adjusting as results come in.
- The brief. You set the standard for creative and delivery, and you hold agencies and contributors to it.
- The performance read. Your assessment of what worked goes directly to leadership. You won't be writing reports for someone else to interpret.
Requirements
- Typically 2–4 years of marketing experience, including hands-on paid advertising and campaign optimisation experience.
- Experience setting up and optimising campaigns on at least one major advertising platform; familiarity with both Meta Ads and Google Ads is preferred.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and recommend practical actions.
- Strong copywriting, proofreading and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM, email marketing, digital analytics and campaign tracking.
- Practical experience using AI tools, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve creative workflows and efficiency.
- Strong project coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to manage multiple campaigns independently and prioritise competing deadlines — we want someone who acts, not someone who waits for permission.
- Experience in consumer marketing, exhibitions, events, retail or lifestyle businesses is an advantage.
What Success Looks Like
- Integrated campaigns are delivered accurately, on time and in line with business objectives.
- Paid advertising is actively monitored and optimised to improve efficiency and conversion outcomes.
- Lead capture, tracking and reporting are reliable and accurate.
- Campaign insights lead to practical improvements in lead quality, conversion and overall performance.
- AI and automation are applied responsibly to reduce manual work and improve marketing productivity.
- Home Market builds a repeatable acquisition engine rather than a series of one-off campaigns.
