Key Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager in strategic planning, business development, and market analysis
• Monitor department KPIs and ensure business alignment with corporate compliance targets.
• Act as the key contact point for communication with corporate clients, business partners, and regulatory authorities.
• Prepare business reports, financial analysis summaries, and presentations for board meetings.
• Manage high-priority calendar schedules, business travel itineraries, and management meetings.|

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as an executive assistant, chief of staff, or senior consultant.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English is required.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken Mandarin is required to review business reports from regional headquarters and communicate with stakeholders.
• Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.

Pay: $6,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
