Responsibilities
Operations Executive
Salary: From S$3,200 - $3500 per month (commensurate with experience)
Working Location: Eunos (near Paya Lebar MRT), Singapore
Working Days: 5 Days / Week
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate daily business operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
Monitor staff attendance, schedules, manpower and operational performance.
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, servicing and operational requirements.
Liaise with staff, suppliers, contractors, customers and external parties.
Source quotations, coordinate purchasing and monitor expenses.
Monitor sales, inventory, costs, wastage and productivity.
Handle customer feedback, complaints and operational issues.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training and administration.
Support new outlets, renovations, projects and business expansion.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety and regulations.
Use AI tools for research, reporting, documentation, data analysis and problem-solving.
Improve workflows, automate repetitive tasks and increase productivity.
Prepare reports, track outstanding matters and update Management.
Follow up on assigned tasks until completion.
Perform other duties assigned by Management.
Job Requirements
Relevant operations or administrative experience preferred.
Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to multitask, prioritise and work independently.
Responsible, proactive, resourceful and hands-on.
Good coordination, attention to detail and follow-through.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital tools.
Willing to learn and use AI tools to improve efficiency.
Able to work with different teams and external parties.
Willing to travel between work locations when required.
